Temporary Total Disability (TTD)

If your doctor has taken you off work as a result of your work injury, you may be entitled to receive Temporary Total Disability (TTD) benefits equal to 2/3 of your Average Weekly Wage (AWW) for as long as you are temporarily disabled, or until you have reached Maximimum Medical Improvement (MMI).

Temporary Partial Disability (TPD)

If you have returned to work on a either a light duty or part-time basis and are earning less than you were at the time of your injury, then you may be entitled to receive Temporary Partial Disability (TPD) benefits equal to 2/3 of the difference between what you would be earning in the full performance of your job and what you are earning now.

Permanent Partial Disability (PPD)

If your injury has resulted in the permanent loss or loss of use to the part of your body that was injured, then you may be entitled to Permanent Partial Disability (PPD) benefits equal to 60% of your Average Weekly Wage (AWW) following the release from your doctor's care, or if your condition has reached Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI).

Permanent Total Disability (PTD)

If your work injury has left you permanently disabled from doing any kind of work for which there is a reasonably stable job market, then you may be entitled to receive Permanent Total Disability (PTD) benefits equal to 2/3 of your Average Weekly Wage (AWW) on a weekly basis for the rest of your life.

Disfigurement

If your work injury has left you with any type of permanent disfigurement or scarring to the head, face, neck, chest above the armpits, arm, hand, or leg below the knee, then you may be entitled to Disfigurement benefits equal to 60% of your Average Weekly Wage (AWW) for a specified period of weeks.
